nixify Hashpool

I have a hacky kind-of-but-not-really working Hashpool repo. It's a fork of stratum v2 with a little cdk thrown in to generate blind secrets. It fakes the cashu mint and generates blinded signatures when a valid share is submitted to Sv2.

I would like to nixify this dev environment so I can stop manually opening 16 tabs whenever I want to work on this code.

I ran into Julian at nostr hackday and he made an initial commit to create a nix env in about 30m. Later he talked to Gotcha who likes a challenge and hacked up a second commit to the branch.

Then the conference started and the hackathon officially started. Gotcha and I are fixing bugs and getting the dev env into shape right now on the couch.
