What it does

Plateo is an AI-powered calorie counting app that allows users to effortlessly track their nutritional intake by simply taking a photo of their meals. It also provides personalized recipe generation based on nutritional intake. It also includes comprehensive nutritional analysis to help users make informed decisions about their diet.

How we built it

Plateo was built using Next.js/React, python for backend, GPT-4V for AI. Figma was used for UI and UX.

What's next for Plateo

In the future, we plan to further enhance Plateo's capabilities by incorporating additional features such as allergy detection, meal planning tools, and integration with wearable devices. We also aim to expand our user base and collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote better nutrition and overall wellness, empowered by AI.
