Inspiration
We’re all interested to see how AI will shape the world we live in. We have seen this happen many times already, and now we want to take part in making it happen. Product management is a job that is constantly being innovated to be more efficient; by implementing AI, we can streamline the whole process of product management, making it highly efficient and less prone to human error.
What it does
ProDuck streamlines product management using Gemini API and seamlessly integrates directly into Jira. From Product Strategy to Market Research, our system uses an "AI council” of 14 agents specializing in different tasks to generate an accurate and actionable report - based on the user data. Using that report it generates tasks, assigns deadlines to them, and imports them to Jira automatically.
How we built it
We started out by outlining the user stories of the app: home, onboarding, and AI application. The website is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and the backend is handled using Python Flask. We implemented 2 APIs, Gemini and Jira, serving as the AI council and the seamless integration respectively. And Eleven Labs was used as the personal assistant.

Challenges we ran into
At first, we intended to use Auth0 but met issues when we tried to implement it on AWS. We spent most of our time debugging Jira API and ElevenLabs API, because either the methods were deprecated or it didn’t work out like how we wanted it to be, which was quite a hassle.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We’re proud that we were able to take on such an interesting and complex project and manage to implement it in such a short amount of time. Despite facing many difficulties, we kept pushing and eventually finished it.
What we learned
Managing time in Hackathons is vital. We spent a lot of time on features that either didn’t matter too much or just didn’t make sense to put in; hence, we wasted time a lot and were quite stressed because the deadline was nearing.
What's next for ProDuck Design
As an application about Product Management, security must be tight because we don’t want competitors sneaking up on our “recipes”. Hence, the next step for ProDuck Design would be to implement a feature similar to Auth0 API to enhance security. Looking further would be to integrate more applications into our solution to streamline the process even more, such as Figma.
