Inspiration
Like others, I do get distracted during study. And there should be a solution to lessen that deviation.
What it does
Sense user's heartbit and gives text notification to help stay productive throughout the phase.
How I built it
Using Node RED editor from IBM Bluemix platform.
Challenges I ran into
Conecting to Cloudant Database and using function for nodes on Node RED editor. Storing and doing calculation for sensor data.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Striving through 24 hours by myself. Correctly using twilio api after all and understading internet of things! Getting to know IBM better.
What I learned
A good team is crucial to winning. Reading documentation thoroughly is not always a good idea. Getting something workable going on first 10 hours should be aimed. That's just my take.
What's next for ProductiveMe
It needs a mobile user interface and/or website. The algortihm to notify user about effecrive suggestions can be improved. Having a strong database connection with the front end is fundamental too.
