What it does

It motivates users to find things to be grateful for. It allows you to meditate with over 30 unique songs, picked randomly for your convenience. It sets a goal for you to drink water, which is one of the most underlooked aspects of one's life.

How we built it

Unity, c#. Originally android studio was thought off since Unity is a game development engine, but over time we found it to be a great choice for building applications for multiple platforms.

Challenges we ran into

Our idea was huge, given the time limit. We had to work hard and fast, to achieve as much as possible. Although we left a few small features, we were able to build a good, fully functioning application, with no bug found during testing. Our artist had another personal time constraint, so she had to work very fast. We had to do important research to find out what content is necessary.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Able to make a full-fledged app in 2 days. Creating a full data structure, and being able to save and load it is a major win for us. The beneficial factor here is that it saves to a path, not in the installation location, so even if the application gets uninstalled, the saved files remain.

What we learned

We learned important aspects of life vital to improving one's mental health and productivity. We developed critical thinking, communication, and research skills while working on the project. On the technical side, we learned how to make bigger data structures efficiently, defining abstract and inner classes to reduce dependency cycles and hence make it harder for bugs to hide.
