What it does

It is an arcade style game where you shoot at enemy ships and try to survive.

How I built it

It was built with Unity.

Challenges I ran into

Getting the ships to work properly because there were a lot of issues getting them to shoot. Adding boundaries for the player. Getting random ships to spawn.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Getting working enemy ships that spawn in. We have little experience with Unity and no experience with Unity2D so trying to make this was a challenge.

What I learned

I learned about Unity2D and how to use Prefabs and random spawning.

What's next for Pyrate

If given more time it would develop into a better game that has more enemy types and a scoreboard.
