What your project is meant to do?
Realot is a project intended to create a marketplace for stranded facilities around the world. Offering novel templated facility access agreements, Realot enables owners and market participants to perform price discovery of various assets relative to time, application and customer profiles through the use of transferrable access coupons programmed on EOS.
How do you envision it being built?
Development of integration between EOS and 3rd party QR code reader(s) to allow facility access to rental party. For now, this could simply be a lockbox that unlocks based on private key coupon key issued by application to access the facility rented. The integration would also leverage EOS permission system, so that if the holder of the coupon access had permission to sub the access rights to eligible 3rd parties for shorter duration(s), the system will allow the holder to create those access keys to that facility for the appropriate rental duration permitted.
A collateral contract that enables deposit of owner or coupon holders funds, and collateral contract for renter party funds. Upon consumption/use of asset by rental party, the fees would be deducted against collateral posted, after settlement of any arbitration claims (damage) filed by parties.
A listing interface form that allows for selection of various price discovery models, durations, filters for renters and allowable transfer permissions of coupons
A searchable listing interface table, enabling filter by region, category of facility, duration, types of activities or occupancies permitted.
A facility details landing page, with summary of fees, restrictions, rating, permissions, rental period, general location, and contact type feature for communications with listing agent.
A review form/page that enables rating of facilities, owners, renters
A arbitration interface for filing of claims against party (renter -> owner, owner->renter )
