Uses your internal documents and previous questionnaires to save time in the future

How we built it

The frontend was built using NextJS, Material UI and the backend server is run using FastAPI with GPT AI agents.

Challenges we ran into

Sending the email and exporting the questions/responses into a PDF was a challenge to implement within the system of the AI agent.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Building a MVP with functional UI connecting to the AI agent that performs the task of reviewing a security vendor questionnaire with numerous questions

What we learned

How to design and implement a backend system with an AI agent that can read a company's policy document and learn how to fill in a vendor questionnaire

What's next for SafeForms

Next steps we were considering are having email alerts sent to vendors after a policy change is detected to affect a previously filled out question to further build trust between companies. Additionally, implementing a 'Create questionnaire' feature customized for a company's industry, size and other factors
