Inspiration

Here is our story - https://youtu.be/FFgdakjM2jg (3 minute Founders story) Our team brings together a unique mix of facilitators, product designers, and XR experts. As facilitators, we’ve experienced firsthand the frustration of endless travel, unproductive meetings, and the tedious effort of setting up workshops. We know that workshops are often far superior to meetings—they foster creativity, encourage collaboration, and produce real results. However, they can be a logistical nightmare to organize. This inspired us to imagine a solution: What if workshops could be set up instantly, allow seamless participation from anywhere, and deliver better outcomes than ever before? That question sparked the creation of Sprintspace.

What it does

Sprintspace is an AI-facilitated workshop platform that redefines collaboration. It’s simple to set up, tailored to your specific challenge, and enables remote and co-located team members to interact seamlessly. With Sprintspace, you don’t just meet—you work. Teams effortlessly capture ideas, turn them into actionable insights, and feel like they’re working side by side, no matter the distance. It’s not about endless discussions; it’s about meaningful work and getting things done. Sprintspace makes collaboration smarter, faster, and more immersive than ever.

How we built it

We took an iterative, hands-on approach to bring Sprintspace to life. We started by role-playing scenarios to understand what users really need, consulted with experts in AI and XR, and conducted user testing whenever possible. Armed with these insights, we built the platform in Unity, integrating cutting-edge APIs like ChatGPT and Gemini to power AI facilitation and dynamic interactions. This process helped us ensure that every feature is rooted in solving real challenges faced by teams.

Challenges we ran into

Time was our biggest hurdle. We all have full-time commitments, so building Sprintspace became our passion project, developed in the margins of our busy lives. The work was demanding, but it also showed us the enormous potential of this idea. If we could dedicate ourselves fully to Sprintspace, the possibilities would be limitless. Despite the time constraints, our team’s dedication and collaboration drove us forward.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It works!!. We’ve created a platform where remote and co-located people can come together in the same virtual space to run a rudimentary workshop. Seeing Sprintspace in action is both exciting and validating—it’s not just functional; it’s fun. The ability to turn abstract ideas into tangible outcomes in an immersive, engaging way is something we’re incredibly proud of.

What we learned

We’ve learned that Sprintspace is just the beginning. While we’ve built a solid foundation, there’s still so much more to do to make this a truly powerful tool for teams. The process reinforced the importance of listening to users, iterating quickly, and staying focused on solving real problems. We’re confident that we’re on the right path and excited to take the next steps.

What's next for sprintspace

The next chapter for Sprintspace is all about growth. We’re ready to take this from a working prototype to a fully developed product. To do that, we’re looking for funding and partnerships that will enable us to focus on Sprintspace full-time. Our goal is to build out the functionality, refine the user experience, and scale Sprintspace into the go-to platform for transformative collaboration. We believe Sprintspace has the potential to revolutionize how teams work together, and we’re excited to make that vision a reality.
