Inspiration: I work IT at Texas Woman's University and I wanted to make it easier for the fellow students to send in requests for computer repairs.
What it does: Asks about the issues that your device is experiencing and collects the info for the IT person to have
How I built it: Google Assistant, Dialogflow, and FireBase.
Challenges I ran into: Trying to create a function to email the IT people.
