Inspiration

COVID has opened our eyes to new challenges students now face due to online learning 💻. Home to many is a distracting environment, with small shared spaces and extra noise, it can be hard to effectively study. This is why we created StudySpace! A virtual studying environment for students! 🤓

What it does

Currently, StudySpace has a Pomodoro Timer ⏲️, a break room 🛋️, a to-do task list ✔️ along with the about and contact us sections on the navigation bar!

How we built it

StudySpace 🌠 is built with HTML, CSS, and JS!

Challenges we ran into

Some challenges we ran to when creating StudySpace were as follows:- --> Collaborating in different time zones --> Animations --> Automate functions after timer runs out

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we were able to overcome all the challenges and make this web application! 🦸

What we learned

We learnt how to set up timers which show messages after the time has run out and also learnt how to implement animations in our project! 🧠

What's next for StudySpace

In the future, StudySpace will have a user account login option 👥 and collaborative break rooms where students can interact with each other and relax together❗
