Inspiration

Realtors should focus more on acquiring new clients and closing them asap. Not on managing, communicating back and forth with CRMs, assistants, lenders, etc. This assistant helps realtors close deals at record speed. They can communicate with clients, CRM, make updates, search for information etc., all from a single chat interface :)

What it does

It is built using A2A, where many specialized client agents do the following:

  1. Have web search capabilities so they can pull data and search for real-time information
  2. Have access to Zillow, Attom, and Oxylabs APIs that give access to MLS, real-time property information such as valuation, sale history, permit history and anything else they need to know about it.
  3. Connects to your CRM and email (in this case Gmail and Notion) to update these leads and communicate with clients and teams, so they don't have to manually deal with going back and forth with comms.

How we built it

  1. Used A2A, Zillow, ATTOM, Notion, Oxylabs APIs, also integrated with Gmail, and used Google ADK as the framework to make the tech stack and the workflow possible.
