The event itself is a great source of Inspiration. the mentors provided problem statements and guided our way to hack the solution.

It is a business model which integrates the E-Rickshaw with battery swapping system for E-rickshaw (ERs) and Charging stations at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation parking lots/depots.

How we build it:- we looked forward for the possible causes behind the problem and found the solution for each step by step. Finally, we were out with great business model.

The challenges we ran into-

1: Proper charging facilities aren't available 2: Unregulated parking areas 3: Low run time per charge 4: Unauthorized operations 5: Illegal charging of vehicles

Accomplishments that we're proud are In this business model- we will develop Swapping stations all over the country starting from Delhi. Battery swapping facility will be available at Delhi metro stations. Advancement of the current system from ERs to ERs plus Evs. Load Distribution and Inventory Setup.The business model has been developed in three phases.We learned about forming a business model.

What's next for TEAM OCTAVIUS- WE WILL COME UP WITH NEW INNOVATIONS.
