State Farm Enhancer

This project aims to enhance State Farm user experience by improving the user friendly interface and giving automatic coverage policies based on the company's information.

Inspiration

Our inspiration was to streamline the process of choosing different policies for a small business.

What it does

It creates a profile of a business and uses that info it is able to determine the policies they are most likely to need.

How we built it

With an addition of Firebase, we use html, css, and Javascript to create State Farm website which stores company's data and then displays recommended coverage policies.

Challenges we ran into

We had issues with storing the emails and passwords correctly in Firebase. We had visions for the projects and had to spend time to be on the same boat. Some of our work, we ended up not using because we had to change direction.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of our process in making the website and our initial vision.

What we learned

Team communication, better planning, time management, delegating tasks, Firebase experience.

What's next for us

We are looking forward to the next hackathon. We will be more prepared for the next one.
