I was inspired to create a tool that simplifies team collaboration and enhances project management, all within the Jira ecosystem.
What it does
Team-Sync integrates with Jira to sync tasks, goals, and team member activities, providing an organized view for better team alignment.
How I built it
Using Atlassian Forge, I developed a Jira app that combines goals, task tracking, and team collaboration features into a seamless dashboard and sidebar.
Challenges I ran into
Integrating with Jira’s APIs and ensuring real-time synchronization between tasks and team members posed significant challenges.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Successfully building an app that offers both Jira dashboard and sidebar integration, along with real-time collaboration features.
What I learned
I have gained hands-on experience with Atlassian Forge and how to manage authentication, APIs, and build interactive user interfaces.
What's next for Team-Sync
I am planning to enhance the app with additional features, including advanced reporting, notifications, and integrations with other productivity tools.
