How we built it
TrendTrove was built using a combination of EJS and CSS for the front-end design, while Express was used for the back-end development. MongoDB was used for storing user data, which allowed for easy scalability and data management. Additionally, the Twilio API was integrated for OTP verification, which ensures the security and authenticity of user accounts.
The EJS templating engine was used for creating dynamic web pages, which allowed for easy integration of data from the back-end. The CSS framework was used for styling the front-end, which ensures a clean and modern design for the user interface.
Express was used for the back-end development, which allowed for efficient routing, request handling, and middleware management. Express also provides a robust set of tools for managing authentication, data storage, and security features, which were essential for building a secure and scalable application like TrendTrove.
