The goal of our project is to create a simple and intuitive tool for managing travel expenses. Small businesses not always can afford buying special expensive systems.

Target users are small businesses (such as IT companies, travel agencies, law firms etc.) and individuals that want to have a single place for all trips expenses.

Why we decide to build this platform? Just because we also have needs in such system, especially for long trips.

Key features: list of trips, for each trip user can add unlimited number of expenses such as accommodation, transport, events, food etc. All data is collected, sorted and shown to user in simple and useful way. We added map view for better visualization of user's routes and places. User also can make photo of receipts/bills and upload them to the server, so he will not need to worry about bills lost or damage. System can be easily extended to support companies with several employees and possibility to collect all data from all employees.

API is already available so everyone can use this service and create mobile/desktop client. We also developed Windows Phone application which allows to view all trips/expenses and make a photo / upload bill/receipt to the system.

The general idea is to use Booking, Eventbrite, Airbnb, Expedia, Google Calendar, Meetup to get information about all user activities during the trip (tickets, transport, hotels, meetings etc.). As part of this hackathon we made an integration with Eventbrite so user can add expense for event just in few clicks (user should know Eventbrite event id than can be easily seen on the website).
