Turn Around

Inspiration

Why is offline shopping more fun then watching boring pictures or videos? Because you can try the clothes in real.

What it does

With a VR Headset it is possible to have this experience at home at you sofa. Choose a dress or t-shirt an turn around and see you turning around like in a virtual mirror.

How we built it

Dima (our lead developer) is using Unity Framework. Code is written in C#

Challenges we ran into

• how to produce 90 to 360 pictures in same light conditions and without a background

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• own picture production
• API integration

What we learned

• VR needs more then only head sensors

What's next for Turn Around

• producing an app for different platform (oculus gear vr and rift, daydream, android cardboard)
