Inspiration
Studying vocab can be difficult to set up, I wanted a system where you could create an online set to practice whenever you wanted.
What it does
It allows users to create and practice lists that are made into quizzes. Users also track progress with a history of scores
How we built it
I used python to create the project and I ran it in replit
Challenges we ran into
I have very limited coding knowledge, so I used ChatGPT to help me
What we learned
I learned about the design process and how to take something from an idea into a demo.
What's next for Vocab Practicer
Looking toward the future I wanted Vocab Practicer to be able to:
- have more question types to make quizzes more educational
- have more data viewable to the user to make tracking progress easier
- gamify the experience to keep users engaged and make their studying more fun
