I can't believe how big Katelyn is getting. I went through her old baby clothes during
General Conference and cried a little because my sweet little baby is now a sweet big girl.

She loves to hang out with me. Anytime I am in the kitchen, she wants to sit on the counter to she can see what I am doing. She helps me cook, do the dishes, pour the laundry soap in the washer, and load the dryer. She can do her puzzles all by herself, but prefers to do them nestled in my lap on the floor. She says "I love you" all the time and melts my heart with her hugs and kisses. She loves when daddy comes home and tickles her until she squeals. She knows the names of all her little friends and can tell me whose house we are traveling to by looking out the car window. She says "hi" to strangers in the grocery store and then asks me what their names are. Every night, I give goodnight kisses to Katelyn, bear, puppy, baby, other bear and then Katelyn again. She thinks I am really funny! She loves to hold hands. She goes down the slide on her belly, feet first, because she is brave enough to go down but not brave enough to look. At our missionary meeting this week, Katelyn wandered around the high council room singing, "I am a Child of God." The Bishop was impressed by how well she carries a tune. She loves to pray and takes her turn saying the blessing on the food. She knows who Jesus is in pictures and points Him out to me.

I really love my big girl. She makes me happy and helps me remember how much Heavenly Father loves each of His children.
