Internship Registration for Graduates

Graduates who are unemployed or seeking practical industry experience may register to participate in the GoP Digital Internship Program. This program provides hands-on, real-time working experience through live industry projects in collaboration with industry partners. Selected candidates will receive a government stipend of ₹10,000 per month for a 12 month duration. Applicants are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria before submitting their application.

✔ Eligibility Criteria


  • Graduates who completed their studies in the academic years 2023, 2024, or 2025
  • Candidates holding BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, M.Sc, MCA, B.Sc, or BCA degrees.
  • Applicants must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in their undergraduate or postgraduate programme.
  • Only residents of Puducherry are eligible to apply.
  • Final-year students are not eligible to apply.
  • Applicants must be registered with the Puducherry Employment Exchange.

Company Registration for Interns Requirements

Companies, startups, and government organizations that are willing to accommodate interns and are interested in utilizing interns for live, real-time projects may register to participate in the GoP Digital Internship Program. Registered HR representatives or authorized officials can post internship requirements, onboard eligible graduates, and collaborate with interns on industry-relevant projects. Applicants are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria before completing the registration.

✔ Eligibility Criteria

  • Registered Company/Startup/Government Organization.
  • A minimum of 2 years of operational experience.
  • Valid Corporate Identification Number (CIN) or Udyam Registration Number is mandatory.
