Drops of awesome

My sweet mother in law gave me a copy of this post, and I have really related and been uplifted by the motherhood thoughts in here.  So I thought I would share:)

April was the end of Braden's Karate class and he earned his yellow belt.  I was proud of the brave boy he was to spar with other boys in his class.  Tina and Sydnee also sang at the mall.  On a side note, I turned 33 this year!

March 2013

March was full of fun with 2 holidays - St. Patricks Day.  We made a few "Leprecaun traps"

Braden got Baptized on the 23rd which was Great Grandpa Daines' birthday.

It was a special day full of the spirit.  We feel so lucky to be so close to family to support him on this special day.

January 2013 - our lucky year

My baby sister Joanna got her mission call to Tulsa, OK!  She left for the MTC on Jan 2nd, and we got to tag along.

The final goodbye.  We miss her, but are very proud of the missionary she is!

We also had to go sledding at the nearby park before school started again.

Fall Catch up 2012

Wow, it's been a long time...We have had a lot happen in the past 7 months, so let me start back and work my way forward...
October 2012 - Happy Halloween!  We inherited a very nice camera that I am just now getting uploaded:), I don't see any pictures from October though:(  I also got a job working at nights cleaning at the university.  I feel like a ghostbuster with my backpack vacuum.

November - Happy Thanksgiving! - The kids entered the reflections contest with the theme of "The magic of a moment", and all won a ribbon.  Brooklyn painted a picture, Tina performed a play, and Braden's cookbook - "Microwave Magic" went on to regionals!!
Image
December - Merry Christmas!  This December was full of recitals, performances, and we had to throw in a Christmas tree party:)

The annual Chambers Christmas Party gets more fun every year!  The girls made a play, and involved the younger cousins.
