The “Invalid credentials” error appears when the M2E module cannot verify the key used to connect your PrestaShop store to M2E Cloud. In most cases, the issue is temporary and can be resolved by restarting the module.
To restart the module:
- In your PrestaShop admin panel, go to Modules > Module Manager.
- Find the M2E module.
- Click Disable, then Enable to reload the module and refresh the connection to M2E Cloud.
