The Department of management of the University of Alicante is located on the ground floor of the Faculty of economic and business sciences and develops teaching and research work in the area of organization of enterprises.
Currently teaches at 13 Official undergraduate degrees, 10 Officials Masters, and in the following own degrees of the Lifelong Learning Centre: 5 Master's degrees and 11 Expert degrees.
The teaching and research staff has opened 15 lines of research and is divided into 4 research groups.

The Manuel Peláez Castillo Chair of Family Business at the University of Alicante presents a new edition of one of its flagship training programs, aimed at understanding the strategic, human, and governance challenges of family businesses from a practical and real-world perspective.
This course combines academic training, real-world experiences with family entrepreneurs, visits to leading companies, and opportunities for direct dialogue with executives, consultants, and business families in our community.
