Yes, you can ask your doctor to use this form to request your refill via our compounded pharmacy. Please make sure he writes “compounded” on the prescription.
Yes, currently, the telemedicine option has an extra cost of $49.
You will need to schedule a new telemedicine appointment each time you require a prescription renewal.
Even with this investment, the total price of your prescription will be heavily discounted when compared to other options in the market. You will get complimentary shipments and access to the app to support your lifestyle changes and make them long-lasting.

Once TCP has received your prescription, please allow 72 working hours for them to contact you.
You will get a text link from (984) 8493180 to finalize your profile and confirm how you would like to receive your medication:
- Pick up at our Cary, NC, Pharmacy
- Free Overnight Shipping to your home or preferred address. To get free shipping, please write Heroes Program in the Comments section of the order form.
If you provided an email address, TCP will email you. Please check your spam/junk folder to ensure you don’t miss any communications.
If you don’t receive a text message from (984) 849-3180 within 72 hours (120 hours over the weekend), please call TCP directly at 919-858-0809.
For refills, you will need an active prescription from your General Practitioner (please remember it has to be noted: Compounded), or schedule a telemedicine appointment that will give you access to 8 weeks of medication.

Access to the dooable app is granted to all active employees and one companion of their preference as part of the health and wellness benefits your organization or plan sponsor provides for you.
If you don’t have the dooable app, you will receive the invitation to download the app after you become a paying member of the Hero Program.
The FDA approved GLP-1s for weight loss as long as they are coupled with a lifestyle change program like dooable health’s. While it is not mandatory, it will be wise to take advantage of the Lifestyle as Medicine resources: educational lessons and videos, AI coach Doobee, recipes, workouts, yoga classes, breath work, etc
