DrHouse strives to provide accessible and affordable telehealth services. DrHouse urgent care, primary care, and specialist visits are $129 or your copay. This includes everything from your initial consultation through to the prescription of your medication.

The cost of a doctor’s visit may be covered fully by your insurance. A typical copay is around $25. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand the extent of your coverage for telehealth services.

Yes, DrHouse accepts most major insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna,  Medicare, Humana, and Elevance Health (formerly Anthem). The extent of coverage may vary depending on your individual plan.

At this moment, we do not accept Medicaid.

Yes, you can still use DrHouse without insurance. Without insurance, DrHouse visits are $129.

At DrHouse, we accept a variety of convenient payment methods to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our users. You can use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major debit/credit card to pay for our services.

Yes, telehealth visits are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), and health reimbursement arrangement (HRA).

You can submit a claim to be reimbursed by your FSA, HSA, or HRA provider whenever you make a payment for virtual doctor visits.

If you have an FSA or HSA debit card, it can be used to pay for one-time DrHouse visits.

You can use your insurance to pay for the medications when you go to pick them up from your preferred pharmacy.

No, DrHouse does not have any hidden fees or extra costs. The price for each visit is clearly displayed upfront. A typical visit costs $129 without insurance, or you can pay your insurance copay if you have coverage. Additional services, such as prescriptions, or doctors notes, are included in the visit cost unless further treatment is required that falls outside the consultation scope.

One-time and urgent care visits are eligible for a full refund if an in-person visit is needed or we cannot provide care.

We won’t issue a refund if a doctor’s note was provided, medication was prescribed, or if you ask for a prescription for controlled substances, HRT, muscle relaxants, ADD/ADHD, and medical marijuana. We won’t issue a refund if a physician reviews your information and decides that prescription medication isn’t the best treatment for you.
