As Executive Director of a university Career Center and former leader of Adult Degree Completion programs, I have delivered measurable impact by championing innovative, outcome-driven solutions.
For my dissertation, I recruited 15 online learning experts from across the United States to identify the most effective strategies for engaging adult learners in digital environments. Leveraging these insights, I created the SPARK Model™—a signature, research-informed adult learning framework that promotes engagement, practical connection, and real-world application. The SPARK Model underpins my book and informs high-impact faculty development and instructional practices across online, hybrid, and in-person courses.
