Lets play CaTcH Up!

It has been over a YEAR since I have posted. I guess facebook sort of took over as my online source of social interaction. I feel like I have missed documenting a lot of important things, so I am going to attempt to return to the world of blogging! And no, it isn't my New Year's resolution, because I almost always fail miserable at my resolutions, and I want this to be different. So here we go!

Lets play a little catch up. Here's an abbreviation of what you missed in 2010:

Christmas morning, EARLY morning. We woke up at 4 since Dad had to go to work at 6.

So far we have taken 2 trips to the pumpkin patch this year. Halle is going to go
again on Saturday for a friend's birthday. I guess that's what happens when you move to a
city full of farms :) Here's some pictures from the trips.

All I want for Christmas . . .

Ok, so it's not quite Christmas yet, but if it were, Halle would definitely want her
tWo FrOnT tEeTh. Just like the teeth on the bottom, she had to have the front teeth pulled on the top because the permanent set grew in behind the baby teeth rather than pushing them out. They had to pull all 4 of the front teeth on top because the permanent teeth growing in are so huge.

Bear Lake

We spent last week at Bear Lake where we stayed in a cabin with all of the Romney family, minus the 2 missionaries. We had a great time hiking up to Bloomington Lake, four-wheeling, boating, swimming, playing games, and just relaxing. Thanks to Christine and Craig for letting us use their cabin.

Summer Fun

We were invited to go to the Ogden splash pad with some friends from our ward. I was worried that Spencer wouldn't like getting splashed so much, but boy was I wrong!

Like every summer, we have been to numerous parades. Cameron went for the transformers cars (the police car is known to him as "Barricade,") and Halle went for the candy.

We always spend the 4th of July in Perry. We like to watch Jason's softball tournament, although they didn't do so well this year (sorry guys), and then there's always face painting, carnival games, and don't forget the snow cones!

Lately, one of our favorite things to do is go to the pond to feed the ducks. We also enjoy walking along the nature trail. We're luck to have such a pretty place so close to home.
