Based on the results of your initial screening when you sign up, Dysolve AI generates evaluation and training games to target the processing problems found in your individual case. Because Dysolve® delivers programs specific to each person’s needs, it can serve any age. [The current version is for grades K and up. Kindergartners may need adult assistance.]

Dysolve® cannot support those whose language-related problems are due to a physical hearing impairment. Dysolve® does, however, address auditory processing. Dysolve® games cannot accommodate those with visual impairment.

Dysolve® is the only computer program for dyslexia and language-related disorders that does not use preset testing kits. Unlike standard assessment tests, Dysolve® does not use a fixed test sequence and linear training regimen that evaluates and treats everybody in the same way. Instead, Dysolve® generates new evaluative tests and specific training tasks for each learner to target that learner’s unique difficulties. As it probes the root causes of the difficulties found, Dysolve® designs increasingly targeted activities to correct them for that particular learner.

Despite the wide range of differences in the characteristics and behaviors of people with dyslexia and learning disabilities, Dysolve® can respond uniquely to the language-processing needs of each individual. This makes Dysolve® the only intelligent program for diagnosing and resolving processing problems associated with dyslexia. Dysolve® can accommodate the wide diversity found in the population and decide in realtime what to present to each learner based on their unique traits and needs. Dysolve® is an artificial intelligence system, part of a new generation of technology that can “think” like human experts.

Dysolve® is based on the patented Coral Method® that builds test and training games for each user. Dysolve® is offered in the cloud, allowing members to log on at any time, any place through their PCs or mobile devices.

Dysolve® refers to dissolving dyslexia, which sums up our approach. Through weekly practice, Dysolve® custom-built games “dissolve” the language-processing problems found. Dysolve® aims to correct underlying deficits while most other methods merely help students cope with them year after year.

Patented method for generating game-based programs specific to each person’s difficulties

Dyslexia is a language-processing disorder. Over 5 decades of scientific research have already identified the core deficit in dyslexia—difficulty in processing speech sounds (phonological processing).

However, Dysolve® research and fieldwork indicate that any method that fails to incorporate 3 essential components often falls short of addressing the root cause of dyslexia successfully for any one person.

These components are :

  • the wider problem area of language functioning
  • the individual pattern of processing inefficiencies
  • the responsiveness to dynamic changes in a person

That’s why we have supplemented research with practical experience gained from working with a wide variety of non-typical and typical populations. Dysolve® uses the Coral Method®, which is based on over 30 years of research on the verbal productions and problems of individuals who fall outside the typical.

Dysolve® researchers know the language and cognitive (mental) processes of this population in depth, including those with dyslexia. Most importantly, Dysolve AI assesses each person’s unique linguistic-cognitive profile before and during intervention.

Coral stands for ”Correcting the Architecture of Language.”
The Coral Method® was invented to help individuals with dyslexia and learning disabilities relearn how to process language, so that they can do so automatically, rapidly, and efficiently like others.

The Coral Method® is a patented method for identifying and correcting language-processing problems often associated with dyslexia. It generates tests to chart these processing deficits for each learner. By applying the Coral Method®, Dysolve® can find these deficits without using invasive techniques or brain scans such as fMRIs.

As Dysolve® continually reacts to the learner’s responses, the program can dig deeper and deeper to trace and remove the root causes of many language problems seen on the surface.
