TWO that are TWO!

We had a little family party for the girls on their birthday, They had so much fun! They loved all their presents! And they ate their pieces of cake exactly how they did on their first birthday, Ev ate the whole piece and emery ate the frosting off. so funny!

They are so big i want to cry!

WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE! we will be buying the movie for sure. they love monsters!

They opened presents in the morning with daddy:) We were all getting over the swine flu and the girls had ear infections... We did the best we could. It was awful. due to runny noses we cancelled their friend party on the 7th... maybe next year!

I can't believe how grown up they are. they are so spunky and full of character. I see so much of myself in them, The greatest parts of me are deep in them, and it makes me love myself a little more when i notice those things.

Holy crap!!!

for those of you still blogging and checking in on us...we are in fact alive!!! The girls are turning two in less than a month! HOLY CRAP right? they are definatelt in the terrible twos that is for sure, hence the no blogging. Evelyn loves loves to color. she would color all day, every day if she could! She loves getting dressed up still and fake crying!!! Ev is also left handed like daddy! And when she colors she gets frustrated and doesn't try very hard... quite entertaining. Emery loves coloring too, she is right handed and really gets into it and concentrates hard on what she is doing. she loves circles and she will point out all the circles in her books for me. Emery is still my fir thrower, Gramie stacy really enjoys the fact that i have a little me. pay back right? They both love yo gabba gabba and baby dolls, em really loves balls!

We are getting ready for a few things coming up and i will try to blog more!!!

The girls are 21 months today. i'll be posting more pictures soon:) Ev said her first sentence last week. " i love dada" so cute. what a challenging blessing my girls are. Emery throws a fit when i hold Evelyn. It can get pretty rough. haha. Ev and potty training. goal=sh will be trained before she is two. any bets?

20 months and some.

20 months old...and swimming!

Emery hates the grass and bugs and crumbs. As you can see. Evelyn loves hearts and flowers and can point them out. She tells me everytime i get dressed how pretty i look :)
Running is a fovorite with both of them!
Oh and did I mention that I think terrible twos have come early. Boy am I in trouble.
Both of these are fake cries. Emery is a little better at faking :)

I can't believe my girls are already 20 months old! Where has the time gone? They are so smart and charismatic and full of life. They are so much fun! Evelyn can speak really well, and repeats everything you say. She knows pretty much all her animal sounds from an owl, to a rooster. Emery still loves to talk on the phone and she loves movies! Their favorite is "aiw-we-ole", Ariel. The little mermaid helps mommy clean! Evelyn has also been showing signs of potty training for the pest few weeks, she always tells me when she goes potty, but still freaks out on the toilet. i hope by getting a singing toilet it will help. Did I mention Emery can swim with just floaties on her arms. all by herself. she kicks and everything... They both love swimming so so so much. It is quite scary how much they love the water. They love making silly faces too :)






i love our old school pool because going swimming to a public pool is a full time job!!!



We might be going swimming this weekend at aunt cindy's house so look for some pictures! Sorry it takes me so long to update. life has been hectic. I have to get my IUD out this week because of my ovarian cysts. Hopefully they get better. And hopefully I don't get preggers. I'm real bad at taking the pill. eek.

19 months. a little late.

they love each other. it pretty much melts my heart.
they are besties. i love that they get to start kindergarten together. if we were ever to move, they would move together. they always have eachother.
silly.
19 months is serious business. They looove swimming. They love spicy food. coloring. Emery can count to three. and Ev knows most of her animals. They both love daddy more than anyone and FREAK out when he comes home. They still love to dance. and run! They are honestly the silliest craziest most unique children I have ever encountered. Their expressions would blow your mind. Emery loves to chat on the phone while pacing back and forth. And Ev insists on wearing as many clothes as she can at once. They sleep every night to jewel's lullaby album, which is beautiful. I am honestly the luckiest mom ever. I feel if you have two you might as well have four or five. I can honestly do anything. bring it on :)
(my brother doesn't think i can watch my niece who is 9 months old and can barely crawl along with my girls, i told him just because YOU can't doesn't mean I can't) haha.

NEW MOON and papa

ok so...mtv just premiered the new moon trailer!!!!!click here to watch you will die. so good I am happy with the new director :) they won all the awards they were up for for twilight!



My dad is so cute with the girls as soon as we turn into his neighborhood they yell papa! adorable. It was his birthday so we took a few pictures to frame for him (very last minute)

Park Day :)

We went to the park today, and of course the girls didn't want to leave! I can't take them both by myself now that they can run around, so the one good thing about Derek being laid off is, he could join us! :)
Emery has been walking everywhere, except when she gets impatient and will speed crawl (especially when she wants to beat her sister to something)
They loved the sand after they warmed up to it! And Ev wanted to eat it of course, sand, dirt, whatever.
Ev really likes to have her picture taken when we do it together.
My pretty girls are growing up! And I want to cry when i think about it.

A bittersweet mother's day

We were in vegas from Wednesday til Sunday evening, the drive home seemed to last forever. I spent all those days away from my girls, and by day two I was dying. When I walked through the door and my girls came around the corner I started bawling. I was scared they would remember me. Of course they did, and they even made me something! A ceramic heart and they painted it!

It definitely turned into a much better mother's day :)


I will have to post a video of the girls doing ring around the rosies, emery yells ashes ashes it is adorable. The day before we left she decided she would try walking. She walks a little everyday now, but still very cautious, unlike her sister who would rather flail about :)

I'm having blog withdrawls

we have missed you all! the girls are now 18 months old! i can't believe it!

EM still won't walk, obviously she can but just doesn't want to!!! which is fine :)

they love being outside and cry when we have to go in! They know the color yellow and purple, and what the lamb says. Em counts to two...kinda, i'll say one and she says two. they loooove reading. and fight over new books.

I miss all my blogging friends and hope all is well.

still no internet soon i am hoping. these were their 17 month pics! they are sharing well for the most part and saying more and more.

I currently don't have a car so if anyone sees one let me know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) by phone hahaha.

I can't believe my girls are 16 moths old already! Ev weighs 32 lbs and emery weighs 22 lbs haha Ev lost a few pounds even! Now that she is running around, she is slimming down slowly. Emery still won't walk but the doctor said everything is fine it is just on her own time. They are both right where they should be developmentally and that is without correcting for prematurity yay!!! They both love reading and dancing, and Dora!!! They sing her song it is so cute. They also love picking on one another. I have no idea where they learned to hit but boy oh boy they do!!! But they also give eachother loves :) The best is when they tell eachother no and shake their finger when the other is doing something naughty hahaha...

Derek turned 27!!! old man haha i will post pictures next time. i love you very much...always.

I have three weddings coming up, one this week even, so I have been really busy. I will be updating my photo blog probably tomorrow. Still no internet... i know i know.
