1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Easy Access Management Consultancies (“Easy Access”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website at https://easyaccessdxb.com and your engagement with our services.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional terms agreed in a signed proposal, service agreement, or invoice.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. About us and our role

Easy Access Management Consultancies is a Dubai-based business setup and corporate services consultancy supporting investors, entrepreneurs, and companies in establishing and growing their operations in the UAE.

Easy Access Management Consultancies is a private business consulting firm and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any UAE government authority.

We do not issue visas, trade licenses, permits, or any government documents, nor do we provide official government services.

Our services are limited to professional consulting and assistance with documentation and application processes for business setup and related matters in the UAE.

All visas, trade licenses, permits, and approvals are issued solely by the relevant UAE government authorities as per applicable laws and regulations.

3. Scope of services

Our services may include, without limitation:

  • Business setup consulting (mainland, free zone, offshore).

  • Advisory on licensing options, legal structures, and activities.

  • Assistance with preparation, collection, and submission of documentation and applications to relevant authorities and free zones.

  • Coordination and follow-up with external parties such as free zones, mainland authorities, and banks (where applicable).

  • Ongoing corporate services such as renewals, amendments, and related administrative support.

The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for a particular engagement will be defined in our proposal, service agreement, or invoice shared with you.

We may engage third-party providers or partners to support delivery of parts of the services, while remaining your main point of contact.

4. No guarantee of approvals or timelines

We do not control the processing times, decisions, or requirements of UAE government authorities, free zones, banks, or any third parties.

Any information about expected timelines, approvals, or outcomes is indicative only and not a guarantee.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation.

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, penalties, or additional costs arising from:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information or documents provided by you.

  • Changes in laws, regulations, or policies by authorities.

  • Your delay in providing requested information, documents, or signatures.

5. Client responsibilities

By engaging us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information and documents within the requested timelines.

  • Review and verify all forms, applications, and documents before submission where you are asked to sign or approve them.

  • Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations related to your business activities.

  • Inform us promptly of any changes in your circumstances that may affect your applications or services.

You acknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for your business decisions and for complying with all legal obligations related to your company and activities.

6. Fees, payments, and refunds

Details of our fees, payment terms, and any government or third-party charges will be shared in our proposal, service agreement, or invoice.

Fees may include our professional service fees and, where applicable, indicative government or third-party fees (which may change at any time due to decisions by authorities).

Unless otherwise stated, fees are payable in advance before we commence or continue the services.

Payments can be made through the accepted methods listed on our invoices or payment links.

Government and third-party fees are determined by the relevant authority or provider and may change without notice.

If such fees increase after you have confirmed your engagement but before submission, you are responsible for paying any difference that may apply.

Refund policy (general):

  • Our professional service fees are, in principle, non-refundable once we have started working on your file (such as consultations, document review, or application preparation), even if an application is later withdrawn, rejected, or changed by you or any authority.

  • Government or third-party fees are subject to the refund rules of the respective authority or provider, and we cannot guarantee any refund from them.

  • Any specific refund or cancellation terms agreed with you in writing will prevail over the general terms above.

7. Changes, cancellations, and delays

If you request changes to your project scope (for example, change of jurisdiction, activity, or shareholders) after the process has started, additional fees and timelines may apply.

If you decide to cancel the services after we have commenced work, you remain liable for all fees already incurred or committed on your behalf, including any government or third-party fees.

We reserve the right to suspend or stop services if:

  • Payments are not made on time.

  • You fail to provide required information or documents after reasonable reminders.

  • We identify potential non-compliance with laws or regulations that may expose us to legal or reputational risk.

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.

  • Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.

  • Any consequences of decisions taken by authorities, banks, or third parties in relation to your applications or business activities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount of professional service fees you have paid to us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity
