I'm desperate to get rid of my Photoshop Elements 5.0

only the user's manual book and the installation CD itself is included.  since the user's guide book is heavy, I'm not including the original box packaging.  plus, you really only need the user's guide anyway.  I've use the CD to install onto my computer probably no more than 5 times.  the CD is in great condition, as I take very good care of my stuff.  so, please if interested, just leave a comment.
