Job search, training, and support
Our employment programs help participants find a job that matches their skills and interests. And on the other hand, we help businesses in and around Baltimore find reliable and highly motivated employees.
Supportive housing
Find a great home in a vibrant community with the help of our Housing Support Specialists. Or apply for a tech-enabled home through the Smart Living program.
Daily living supports
Living independently or semi-independently can present a number of challenges. Coaching and regular check-ins means getting as much or as little assistance as needed.
About Elevate Spectrum
Our mission is to empower young adults with autism, neurodivergence, or intellectual/developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential.
We focus on strengths instead of challenges: we believe everyone has valuable talents that can shine in the right environment. By matching these strengths with the right supports, individuals get a chance to live their best life.
