Abigail is really enjoying her dance class. Its just a beginning class where they learn the basics about movement and dance but I think she is really getting the hang of it.

Little Boy +Trains=LOVE!

March brought the annual model train show in Ogden. Eli usually takes the kids every year but this year I decided to tag along too. My favorite was the lego trains for sure! Caden loved the trax lego train, he stood there in front of it for the longest time watching it go back and forth. Abigail likes trains to but this is really all about Caden. He is so fascinated with all the switches, lights, tracks and of course the trains.

An update...

well I started looking through the pics from the last time I posted and realized that to do an update would be just to long so I will just start from here. Life has been busy but really good. Caden is loving kindergarten minus the 5 times he has been sick this year (seriously people, if your kid is sick PLEASE stop sending them to school). He is learning so much and it has really been fun to watch him as he is learning how to read.

Abigail is my little helper, she is great at putting the laundry away which is good since I hate that part! She started a dance class and is loving it. She asks me everyday if it is dance day :=).

Eli is enjoying his new job in Media Services at the LDS Church. I think I have a budding movie director on my hands!

As for me life is good. I am really enjoying my calling with the YW as the Personal Progress Leader. It has given me lots of opportunities to share some of the experiences I have had over the last two years. My health has been good, the oncologist has moved my follow ups to every 6 months which is great. It helps make cancer not feel so much a part of our lives anymore.

I recently had a friend whose husband passed away recently. I went to the viewing and was touched by all the pictures they had of her husband with her and their kids. It inspired me to take more pictures of Eli and myself with the kids. When I was going through chemo and lost my hair I didn't want any pictures of me taken and now I am so glad I made it through so I have a second chance to capture all those memories with my kiddos!

Happy Halloween

We had a wonderful Halloween this year! Yippee for nice weather, it made for some good trick or treating! This year Abigail was a Fairy Princess and Caden was an astronaut.

Our Summer...

Caden started kindergarten! He is learning the rules and enjoys learning so much. He loves his teacher and is making new friends!

We spent lots of time playing at Grandma's while Eli was out of town a few times. He has traveled to Argentina, New York, New Jersey, Lousiana and finally to Guam all since June!

First time at miniature golf, so entertaining!

We went to the carnival in town and Abigail's favorite was the carousel.

First time on the kid roller coaster. NOT her favorite ride, I was just glad she didn't try to jump out.
