Elite Material Solutions was founded in 2003 and Elite Manufacturing in 2005. Both companies traded independently focussing on their areas of expertise whilst still working closely with each other. In 2023 the Directors of Elite Material Solutions Ltd and Elite Manufacturing Solutions Ltd voted unanimously to merge the companies in 2024
