Toolmaking

Precision begins with the right tool. Together with our experienced partners, we manufacture customized foaming tools according to our own mold construction guidelines. Your investment is then stored securely in our fireproof mold warehouse.

Production

We manufacture high-quality molded parts from PUR integral rigid foam and compact material in our machine park, which covers a production area of over 4800 m². Our range of services includes CNC machining and subsequent painting in our own paint shop, as well as assembly of components.

Logistic & Shipping

The finished parts are professionally packaged and transported. With over 1700 m² of storage space, we can flexibly implement your specific logistics concepts, whether LEAN, KANBAN, or JIT. Thanks to our generous capacities, we guarantee high delivery flexibility and reliable adherence to deadlines for all orders.

PUR molded parts

Our core competence lies in the manufacture of customer-specific molded parts made of integral hard foam (IHS) and compact PUR material in small to medium series sizes. With flexible production, molded parts weighing from 50 g to over 20 kg can be produced.

PUR integral rigid foam

Polyurethane integral rigid foam combines a compact outer layer with a microporous core to form a material with wood-like properties. The result is maximum rigidity with minimum weight. Complex geometries can be easily realized, wall thicknesses can be flexibly designed, and threaded bushings can be cast in directly. The advantages of this material are particularly evident in medium and large molded parts.

PUR Compact material

Compact polyurethane material is the economical solution for demanding and durable housings. Wall thicknesses from 3 mm can be manufactured particularly economically with excellent mechanical properties. Molded threaded bushings enable robust direct screw connections. With high impact resistance, it is perfectly suited for enclosures in medical technology, mechanical and apparatus engineering, and the electrical and furniture industries.
