Services
Emergency Ambulance is a leading provider of ambulance transportation and mobile healthcare in Southern California. We are a current contracted 911 Emergency Medical Services (EMS) provider for the cities of Brea, Buena Park, Placentia, and Westminster.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Our BLS ambulance units, staffed by certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), provide safe, professional care for patients requiring non-invasive medical support.
Advanced Life Support (ALS) Interfacility and 911 Services
Our ALS ambulance units, staffed by licensed paramedics, are equipped to manage patients requiring a higher level of care during transport.
Event & Emergency Standby Services
Emergency Ambulance is a leading provider of standby EMS, disaster medical support, and wildland fire EMS services across California. We deliver scalable, rapid-response coverage for public events, large-scale incidents, and emergency deployments.

Premier Ambulance, Inc. was founded in 2008 in response to a growing demand for specialized ambulance transportation services whose only focus is to partner with healthcare providers to meet their specific needs. Today, Premier provides emergency and non-emergency ambulance services throughout Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego Counties, while serving Riverside County as Primary Ambulance. Our family of services also includes the long-standing tradition of Emergency Ambulance, a respected provider with deep community roots that further strengthens our presence and commitment in Southern California.
Our business has very little to do with our ambulances, equipment, or gurneys. It has everything to do with the people providing care and interacting with patients and their families. Premier Ambulance selects its management team and field employees with this in mind.
Premier realizes that excellent management is as essential to the implementation and operation of a modern ambulance service as any other component of service. The best equipment in the world will not be useful in providing exceptional medical transportation services if the ambulances are not efficiently deployed or EMTs, Paramedics, RN’s and RT’s are not adequately trained. Excellent management is the best defense against poor system performance. Each member of our management team is committed to providing “complete customer” care.
