I am so excited about this blog. I didn't realize how many blogs were out there, and now looking at my family and Friend's and them insisting that I start one. So here is for all the whiners out there. Here is our blog...

Emily and Boys

Emily

I am the proudest mother on this planet. And may I add that I think I just might have the cutest kids as well. It is the truth, and if it offends you get out.

I am twenty five years old, recently just become a single mom. But with my kids I couldn't ask for anything else. Being a mom has been my greatest joy. I will be attending college this January. Which I have to admit I am kind of nerves about, but I have been studying everyday trying to get ready.

I am very sarcastic I sometimes find that only my smart-allek remarks are only funny to me. But anyone that knows me knows that I can be nice.
I enjoy swimming, being outdoors, reading, and leaning new things, and turning music on insanely loud and dancing with my two best partners my kids.

I am the fifth child in my family. I have the greatest family on the whole earth. They are always trying to help me with anything. I am so grateful to everyone of my siblings who I am happy to say I am very close to all of them.

Andy is my oldest brother and he is there to lean anyone all of his time if needed. He has helped me move, given me advice and more then once I have had him help give me a blessing, and when ever I have computer problems he is there to fix them at any time, or inviting the kids and I over to dinner or family home evening. I am so grateful for the wonderful uncle he is to my kids. He goes way beyond being a brother, a father, and an uncle. Maryann is the best baker in the whole family, we always know that we will have something yummy when she is around. She has been there so many times to help me out, with my kids, when I have had babies, or surgery, she is there to make dinner and clean my house. I love and appreciate her so much.

Mark and Janelle are so wonderful. Mark has always been the one to eat all of the chocolate chips in the fridge, or anything else. But he went on a mission to the Philippines so you can't blame him. He has the same sense of humor that we all share as siblings. He is very athletic, and loves a challenge in anything. Including offering to beat anyone up for me. I love him for it but I have not asked him to yet. He has offered to help out in anyway he can, and is always asking all of us to move by him even though he is the one that keeps running away from home even to join the National Guard. Well bro be all you can be they are lucky to have you.

Karen is my only sister and she is the one to look out for everyone. Especially me. She is there to pay for my hair appointment, or to preform some illegal business for me. I am grateful to her. She will stand up for me and put up a fight to anyone who tries to cross me or any of us. She is such a wonderful photographer and has done some amazing pictures. She is now doing interior decorating at a huge office building. She has many talents. I am so grateful that I only have one sister because I don't want to share her with anyone.

Scott and Brook are awesome, they are paranoid parents, but they have a good reason Mason their son just broke his leg. I hope they know that I am joking. I think they are wonderful. Scott every time we talk answers with "heello" from Jerry Seinfeld. He even reminds me of him. We are constantly quoting movie lines. It is our language that we share. In school we were asked if we were twins, I was the retarded one that got held back, because Scott was such a shorty for the longest time. But I am glad we are close in age and we were blessed with the same sense of humor.

David is my youngest brother and out of all of us he is always wanting to try something new or travel to some third world country and try to convince us how great it is there. Or how he lived like a bum to one of those countries. He is an awesome tennis pro, and teaches it very well. I should pick it up, maybe he would give my a discount. He is a wonderful uncle to all of the kids, and is the last one out of bed, but the first to play catch outside with you. He has always been there for me, last year David and I and my two kids headed down at 11:00 p.m. to go to a good friends funeral in Carlsbad California, he stayed drove the whole way and helped out a ton with my kids. I even was able to drag him places that I knew my kids would like. I love him to death he is a great example to me.

My mom and Dave. They are the best. I spend a lot of time at their house. My mom is always willing to help with my kids, we will meet at parks all the time. She is amazing and always wants to see my succeed. She is one of the most Christlike people I know, she would give the shirt off her back to anyone.
Dave is the best at advice. I have gone to him more than a thousand times. He has a counseling degree and he is a natural at it. He says it like it is. I love him and am so happy that he is part of our family.

My dad and Leona are so good to me, right now I am living in their basement apartment. And every time I try to give them money they look at me like I have three heads. They have helped my out so much. I am so grateful for their hospitality. I am so grateful to my dad who is such a wonderful man. I am grateful for all of the fathers blessing that he has given me through out all my life. I am so blessed to have him. I admire him for expanding on all of his talents, not only has he been a microbiologist for thirty years, he is a builder of anything he has made me and everyone furniture, houses, a while ago he came over and helped me dig trenches and put my whole sprinkler system in, and now he is a painter and has already sold a few pieces. I am so proud of him.

I am so blessed to be a part of this wonderful family, I still don't understand how I got so lucky. I love you all, and I hope that I can repay your kindness in someway. I love you, I love you , I love you....

Carson is my pride and joy. Ever since I found out that I was going to be a mother I have never been happier. He was a wonderful baby who I would hold constantly, and never let him out of my sight. I was a paranoid parent with him. He has such a funny voice, it has so many different tones to it. So does his laugh. He is always willing to laugh. He cracks me up, he has my sense of humor I can play lots of tricks and jokes on him already. He loves to play with all of his cousins, ride his scooter, catch frogs, watch the airplanes take off and land, he loves pre-school and is always so excited to go. He is making a lot of friends. He has such a sweetness about him. My favorite thing to do with him is play tag, or have him read a bedtime story that he has already memorized and he ends up reading it to me. Green Eggs and Ham is his favorite. I love him so much and still can't believe that I have such a wonderful kid who is now starting to look like me.

Alex is my baby, although you would never know it to look at him. He is a forty pound two year old. He is very tall, always the biggest kid in nursery. He is a toe head with blue eyes. His nick name from his 'jamma pam' is bam-bam. He is not gentle in anyway. I knew it right when he was born that he was going to be a tough kid. He likes to run away which we have had to call 911 a few weeks ago. He finds any way he can to find some adventure. But at the end of the night he is all my baby. He reminds me so much of the kid in "Love you Forever" that is my Alex. He is so big when I am cuddling him to go to sleep and I think of that book. I will love him forever, I will like him for always, as long as I am living my baby he'll be". He keeps me not on my toes but on the run at all times. He is talking so much now and I love it. I love him so much.

I love being a mom to these two great boys. In the morning we all wake up together because no matter what they end up with me, and so does the dog Dexter, who is a recent addition to our family. It was not crazy enough so we got a pug who we just love.

I have the best friends in the world. We have been freinds for years. They always know when something is wrong even when I try to be a good liar, something that I have never been good at. I want to thank them for always being there for me, and for being so much like me. We have so much fun together when we get together. I love them and want to thank them for sticking by me through really thick and thin. I love you girls.
