If you are a resident of California, please also review the section “Additional Privacy Information for California Residents” for more information about the types of Personal Information we collect and disclose, as well as how to exercise your rights under California law.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect a variety of Personal Information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below. In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
In some cases, we need to collect your Personal Information to be able to provide you with our Services. In these cases, if you choose not to provide the requested Information, you may not be able to use our Services. Where required by applicable law, we will tell you if and why you have to provide us with your Personal Information, as well as what the consequences are if you choose not to.
A. Personal Information You Provide to Us.
We may collect Personal Information that you choose to share with us directly, for example, when you use our website, subscribe to or purchase our Services, or otherwise interact with us. This may include:
- Account and contact details: such as name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, job title, employer or department.
- Payment and billing information: such as billing addresses, tax identifiers, and other information necessary for payments and invoicing. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Preferences and consents: such as your choices regarding newsletters, publications, and marketing materials, as well as your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- Verification details: if needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, we may request proof of identity.
- Support communications: such as information you provide when you contact us for support or otherwise communicate with our teams.
- Career information. If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience. You may also apply through a third-party service, such as LinkedIn. If you do so, we will collect the information you make available to us through that service.
B. Personal Information We Collect Via Automated Means.
Each time you interact with our website or Services, we automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies (see below). This may include:
- Device and browser information: such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers.

- Online preferences: such as general information about your interactions with our website and your browsing patterns, which helps us understand how our Services are used and how we can improve them.
- Information from Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters. Log files track actions that occur on the Services and collect device information. Web beacons and pixel tags are electronic files that record usage information. We and our third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or other tracking technologies (collectively, “Cookies”), including:
- Strictly necessary Cookies. Some Cookies are strictly necessary to make our Services available to you, for example, to provide login functionality. We cannot provide you with the Services without this type of Cookie.
- Analytics Cookies. We also use Cookies for website and app analytics purposes in order to operate, maintain, and improve our Services. We may use our own analytics Cookies or use third-party analytics providers to collect and process certain analytics data on our behalf.
- Advertising Cookies. We and our third-party partners use Cookies to help us and our advertisers show you relevant advertising, as well as to present ads to you on sites that are not owned or operated by us to promote our services, articles or events. The cookies are used to make advertising messages more relevant to you and your interests. They also perform functions like preventing the same ad from continuously re-appearing.
C. Personal Information We Receive from Third Parties.
In addition to the information we collect directly from you or through automated means, we may receive Personal Information from third-party sources, including:
- From our business clients. When we provide our Services to clients, we may process Personal Information that they choose to share with us or import into our platform. This may include professional details of client personnel (such as names, contact information, job title, or department) and business or transactional data that can be linked to individuals.
- From service providers and partners. We may receive information from vendors or partners that help us operate our Services, such as analytics providers, payment processors, or marketing platforms.
- From publicly available sources. We may supplement the information we hold with details you have made public on professional or social networking sites (e.g., company websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), or other publicly accessible records.
2. Communicating with You
Each time you purchase, license or subscribe to any content, material, products and/or Services through our website, we will send you an email verifying the order and confirming that the material will be delivered/sent/provided. We also reserve the right to send you email, SMS or other communications from time to time regarding updates and changes to our Services; or about new links, partners, providers or suppliers to our website. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails.
If we are required to email you any technical support, administrative or legal notices important to our website, our content, material, products or Services that we consider essential that you know, including any breach of security relating to your Personal Information; you will not be able to unsubscribe from these notices as they may contain, for example, new privacy terms, conditions or situations, important instructions on use of or updates to our content, material, products and /or Services which you have purchased, licensed or subscribed to from us, or recall notices for faulty products.
3. How We Use the Personal Information We Collect
We use the information we collect for the purposes indicated below. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland (“Europe”), we only process your Personal Information based on a valid legal ground. A “legal ground” is a reason that justifies our use of your Personal Information.
4. How We Disclose the Personal Information We Collect
We do not disclose Personal Information we collect from or about you except as described below or otherwise disclosed to you at the time of the collection, and subject to contractual restrictions and applicable law.
Service Providers. We may disclose your Personal Information we receive to service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Services, including, for example, processing of debit/credit card payments, site security, hosting, management and other IT/professional/insurance and operational services. These companies will have access to only the Personal Information needed to perform their specific functions and not for any other purposes.

Advertising Partners. We work with third-party advertising partners to collect and process your information in order to show you ads that we think may interest you. Some of our advertising partners are members of the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info) and serve ads through cookie-based technologies. Please visit their opt-out pages to learn about how you may opt out of receiving certain web-based personalized ads from member companies. These opt-outs will apply only to our third-party advertising partners that are members of these organizations. These opt-outs will not apply when our partners serve ads through non-cookie based technologies.
Compliance and Legal Disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose your Personal Information if we believe it is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests, legal obligations, or judicial processes; (b) cooperate with regulators or government authorities; (c) investigate, prevent, or take action against suspected illegal or harmful conduct, fraud, or misuse of our Services; or (d) protect and defend our rights, property, and safety, or that of our clients, providers, users, or the public. For example, if you provide false or deceptive information or attempt to impersonate someone else, we may disclose relevant information to support an investigation into your actions.
Business and Aggregate Data. We may disclose non-personal, aggregated, or de-identified information with third parties for business, analytical, or statistical purposes. For instance, we may inform advertisers, partners, or prospective partners of the number of clients in certain demographic groups who viewed, purchased, licensed, or subscribed to specific products or Services. Such information does not identify you individually.
Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. We may transfer your Personal Information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets. The use of your information following any of these events will be governed by the provisions of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time the applicable Personal Information was collected.
With Your Consent. We may also disclose your Personal Information with your permission.
5. Your Rights and Choices
