Something is Wrong Here ~ Video Game Glitches

This is a community for people who are afraid of, yet fascinated by horrible glitches in video games. We're not talking about useful glitches that will let you duplicate an item, or access a level early (unless, for some reason, you're afraid of those glitches-- what are you, some kind of freak?)
We're here to talk about the glitches that make your tiny video game world fall apart.
Glitches that let you fall beyond walls and into nothingness,
glitches that turn your overworld into a textureless black hole,
glitches that land you in a weird programmers' testing zone,
glitches that make the landscape flicker like a memory,
Glitches that make you hit reset.
If you've ever been afraid to jump past your health bar for fear of falling out of the map, or if the image of a solid pink tree that did not load its, um, tree bitmaps haunts your nightmares, this is the community for you.
Feel free to talk about glitches you've discovered in games of any platform- PC, console, handheld, you name it! Coding errors are terrifying in any form. The only restriction is that it must be about games, and not general problems in computer software. If you're afraid of the grey error box that pops up on your PC, go form your own stupid support group.

2- Don't flame other people for whatever! What's wrong with you, flaming people on the internet!?
3- On-topic Pictures are encouraged! Use an LJ-cut if it's bigger than like, 300x300px or something!
4- Spoiler warnings are absolutely required! Don't talk about being able to see Aerith's ghost in the-- er, I mean! Spoiler warnings are absolutely required!
5- Don't get TOO SCARED!
