My work is not to be used in NFTs, or used on the blockchain/blockchain technology. Any of my works used on blockchain websites and services are infringements and will be reported. My works are not allowed to be edited or adjusted by machine learning or derived technologies, or for derivates of my works to be created through the use of above-mentioned technologies.
Should the client choose to violate the terms and adjust commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork.Client has the right to use the image freely and distribute it as liked, as long as it is not used commercially, no monetary gain is involved, and no rights are infringed.

- Commissions may not be exchanged nor returned. Private commissions are for personal and non-commercial use only.
- If it happens that I am unable to finish the commission, the money will be refunded in full. If the clients themselves prevent me from completing the commission, fees will not be reimbursed.
- The client will receive multiple work in progress images during the process and will be able to ask for changes as I work. Once the commission is complete, no further changes may be requested.
- If reposted on any platform, credit must be given.
- I will provide a rough estimate referring to when your commission will be completed upon confirmation of the order. If any obstacles do come up, I will inform the buyer immediately and offer a new time estimate.
- All prices are listed in USD. I do not take payment in character designs or art trades unless I had initiated the offer first.
- This information page is shown to every client before I accept their commission. Should the client confirm payment for their commission, that means they have read and accepted the information herein.
