Return Window
We offer a 24-hour return window. Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your item, and the item must be sent back within 2 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to reflect the transaction.
