Calls will be returned in the order received within 1 hour of the original call.
Simple fixes (less than 30 minutes) will not be charged.
Any call outside of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Monday–Friday) is considered an
Emergency Call. HCI is available outside working hours, and
charges apply for emergency assistance.
Email assistance is judged case-by-case depending on the research and labor needed. A general support estimate will be
communicated before any extensive work is done.
