It's been lately when I've been trying to get ANYBODY to come to the Kent Theatre to watch a MOVIE FOR FREE that I really realize I have no friends. I bet if I called people they might show up. I might try it next week, this week anyone who would most likely go with me is down in Florida with the band.. Next week is Bruce Almighty too so it should be easier to get people to come.
But yeah, nobody comes. It might be nice to have people throwing themselves at you to join you on things when you mention them in your W journal..
But to be honest I really don't care that much. I'm just disappointed because we've been showing great films and it's free, we do ask a $2 donation though.. And tonight we only had 15 people show up.. All of whom were there last week and all of whom go to our church. The whole point of it was to reach out and offer something fun and show people that we're not a scary church..
