you: On my account which I've purchased through a reseller the permissions set do not allow me to run mkdir() in my PHP scripts.
you: The problem is that the server is running in safe mode.
you: It's one simple little edit of the php.ini file. Change 'safe_mode on' to 'safe_mode off' .. I don't see why it would be such a large problem or why I've had to waste an entire week fighting with 'suppliers' trying to get things to work. mkdir(), that's all I want.
you: So.. You just going to tell me that since my supplier is running YOUR service that I'm stupid and my 'supplier' has to contact you? That seems like a waste of time doesn't it? Here I am. Presenting the problem. It could be changed in less than 1 minute.

you: Why not?
you: I don't care that you supposively won't offer support to me. I want to know why you won't change safe mode.
