Our engineers remain hands-on through the entire project lifecycle, which extends beyond opening day. To ensure reliability and serviceability, we provide operations and maintenance support along with long-term O&M documentation. Each contract is unique, but all are likely to include a combination of onsite technicians, warranties, and troubleshooting services. Other offerings within in-service support include regular inspections, modifications, and upgrades to existing attractions.

We guarantee all parts will be free from defect for a set period of time after installation. After the warranty period ends, replacement parts may be purchased through us to ensure the right parts are ordered. Additionally, we perform annual check-ups on all elements within our original contracted scope.

Our Ride Specialty Integration Consultant service can be considered a creative guardian for attractions that require specialized technology integrations between the ride system, controls, facility, media, and show components. In this integral role, we act as coordinator and advisor to mitigate risks all along the line, from design to procurement to fabrication to installation to programming. One way we do this is by regularly reviewing drawings, documents, and test plans and reporting our findings directly to the owner. Ultimately, our intent is to align all necessary elements into a unified vision, culminating in a seamless and immersive guest experience.
