TERMS OF SERVICE


These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FastBots platform, website, and services (the "Service"), operated by Fast Funnels Ltd trading as FastBots ("FastBots", "we", "us", or "our").


By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.


1. ABOUT FASTBOTS


FastBots provides a self-service software platform that enables users to create, configure, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using third-party artificial intelligence models. FastBots does not provide legal, professional, editorial, or factual verification services.


FastBots is a DIY platform. You are solely responsible for how you configure, deploy, monitor, and use chatbots created through the Service.


2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS


You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service.


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.


3. AI SERVICES AND LIMITATIONS


3.1 Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Service uses third-party large language models and automated systems to generate responses ("AI Outputs"). AI Outputs are generated probabilistically and may produce incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or speculative information.


FastBots does not guarantee that AI Outputs will be accurate, reliable, complete, current, or suitable for any purpose.


3.2 Configuration Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that the behaviour, accuracy, and reliability of AI Outputs depend heavily on how the chatbot is configured, including but not limited to:


  • model selection
  • creativity or temperature settings
  • instruction prompts
  • training data or uploaded content
  • deployment context


You are solely responsible for all configuration choices and the consequences of those choices.


3.3 No Guarantee Against Hallucinations

AI models may generate fabricated or speculative information ("hallucinations"), particularly if configured with permissive settings or deployed in high-risk contexts.


FastBots cannot and does not guarantee that hallucinations will never occur. This risk exists across all AI chatbot platforms.


4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS


You agree to:


  • independently evaluate all AI Outputs before relying on them
  • implement appropriate human review, monitoring, and governance where required
  • use the Service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws
  • avoid deploying chatbots in high-risk scenarios without adequate safeguards


FastBots provides optional features such as conversation logging, email notifications, and disclaimers to assist with risk management, but their use remains your responsibility.


5. DISCLAIMERS


The Service and all AI Outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastBots disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


FastBots does not warrant that:


  • the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • AI Outputs will be factual or verified
  • any particular result will be achieved through use of the Service


6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastBots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or reputational damages, including but not limited to:


  • loss of business
  • loss of revenue
  • reputational harm
  • contractual disputes
  • incorrect or misleading AI Outputs


FastBots shall not be liable for damages arising from customer configuration choices, deployment decisions, or reliance on AI Outputs.


In all cases, FastBots’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to FastBots in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES


The Service relies on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. FastBots is not responsible for the behaviour, availability, or limitations of third-party services.


You agree that FastBots shall not be liable for failures, changes, or inaccuracies originating from third-party providers.


8. ACCEPTABLE USE


You must not use the Service to:


  • generate or distribute unlawful content
  • impersonate individuals or organisations
  • mislead users intentionally
  • violate intellectual property rights
  • deploy chatbots in a manner that breaches applicable laws or regulations


FastBots reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


9. TERMINATION


We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms.


You may stop using the Service at any time. Fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law.


10. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS


We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


11. GOVERNING LAW


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
