Registrar Integration Request: DaftarNama.id (Indonesia Market Expansion)

Hello Upmind Team, I’d like to submit a feature / integration request for DaftarNama as an official registrar integration within Upmind. To clarify my position, I’m sharing this as a domain industry professional and domainer, actively helping hosting providers and resellers adopt automation platforms. This is not an exclusive or representative request, but a recurring practical requirement I see in the Indonesian market. Add ability to filter out GetInfo messages in Provisioning Errors

Apologies if this was already requested. The GetInfo errors are crazy out of hand in the Provisioning Errors section. Since I have to hover over each “i” info icon one at a time, it is very painful to have to go through tons of entries one at a time just to find “legit” provisioning errors. Can we either DISPLAY the error without the need to hover over each info icon OR at a minimum add the ability to filter out the GetInfo errors, since these are not urgent. Thank you for your consideration. This should be a relatively simple UI fix.

Native Support for Internationalized Domain Names (IDN)

Currently, our domain purchase platform does not accept domains containing special characters or umlauts (e.g., rügen.de). Users must use an external converter to transform these domains into Punycode before the platform can process them. Request: Implement native support for Internationalized Domain Names (IDN) so that users can directly enter domains with umlauts or other non-ASCII characters without needing conversion. Benefits: Improved user experience by removing the need for external conversion tools. Reduced potential errors caused by manual Punycode conversion. Enables global audience support and increases accessibility for non-English domain names. Example: Input: rügen.de Platform processes the domain natively without requiring Punycode conversion (e.g., xn--rgen-0ra.de).

WYSIWYG Editor For Support Tickets

I am requesting the addition of a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) rich text editor to the Support Tickets interface in Upmind, for both administrators and customers. Currently, support ticket communication is limited to plain text. Adding a WYSIWYG editor would allow users to: Format text (bold, italic, underline, headings) Create bullet lists and numbered lists Insert hyperlinks Add inline images Use block quotes Apply basic styling for clarity Paste formatted text without stripping structure The editor could be similar to common rich-text libraries (e.g., Quill, TinyMCE, CKEditor) and optionally toggle between Rich Text and Plain Text modes.

Account statement report for clients

Having the ability for a client OR Admins to be able to print or email a nice “Statement of Account” for a client is necessary to allow clients to see a history for reconciliation purposes, and to be able to email statements like this so they can see what has been paid and what is outstanding. Just a basic Statement of Account. Being able to filter date ranges for the statement is very important too.

Make domains inactive when not found - Transferred Away

When an API call returns “Get Info: Provider API Error: Domain name not found“ it is assumed the domain has been transferred away. Please make a Transferred Away status that makes the domain no longer ask Upmind to make API calls for it OR have it auto-cancel when not found.
