Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Feedgrab ("the Service"), operated by Pagecord Ltd (SC875271), 3rd Floor, 3 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JP ("the Operator"). By using Feedgrab, you agree to these legally binding terms.

1. Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we discover an account held by anyone under 13, it will be terminated immediately.

2. Service Description

Feedgrab is an RSS/Atom feed reader that allows you to subscribe to and read content from external sources. We do not host or control the content of the feeds you subscribe to.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Feedgrab for:

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations. You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard. Report abuse to [email protected].

4. Intellectual Property

The Feedgrab brand, code, and design are the property of the Operator and protected by UK copyright laws. Content from external feeds remains the property of their respective owners.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Service.

6. Liability & Warranty

"As Is": The Service is provided without warranties of any kind regarding uptime or data integrity. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., host outages, strikes, or acts of God).

Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service. Continued use of the Service after 30 days constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Severability: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in full effect.
