Billy Bishop Toronto Centre Airport Pedestrian Tunnel A modern underground 700-foot walkway—built seven stories under Lake Ontario—that offers quick, convenient, reliable access to the island airport. Forum and its partners designed, built, financed, and maintain the facility. Complex, large-scale, and multi-stakeholder P3 project.

ALMA @ Guelph A multi-phase project on over 5 acres, starting with the adaptive reuse of a hotel to an amenity-rich and socially conscious purpose-built student housing accommodation.

Subterra Renewables Subterra designs, builds, finances, maintains and operates geothermal heating and cooling systems for commercial and residential real estate assets in North America.

The Quad Student Residences (C1 & C2) An award-winning two-building, 342,000-sq ft student-housing project located on the campus of Canada’s third largest post-secondary institution, York University.

The Quad Student Residences (C3 & C4) Quad C3 & C4 builds on the success of the original project and deliver over 700 deluxe accommodations located within an amenity-rich and inclusive on-campus community.

Enterprise Data Centre (EDC) An innovative P3 featuring a 110,500 sq ft, state-of-the-art data centre that offers a long-term IT solution to the Government of Canada. Forum and its partners designed, built, financed, and maintain the facility. Innovative heating and cooling system reduces the facility’s carbon footprint.

National Energy Partners Forum provides development capital and construction equity financing for National Energy Partners’ rapidly growing portfolio of solar projects, including ground mount and rooftop installations.

BioStar Renewables In 2018, Forum partnered with BioStar Renewables to develop BioStar’s pipeline of late-stage solar power generation projects throughout the United States.

Residential Solar Portfolio A portfolio of residential rooftop solar systems that generate and deliver power to Ontario’s electrical grid.
